Tuesday night on the way home, a drunk lady swerved over into my lane and drove down the side of my car. I had to chase her down b/c she wouldn't stop. To make a long story short, she was arrested for hit and run. A friend of mine was behind me and saw it all. So he is testifying at court next week. There was another car in front of her that tried to stop her also but she swerved around him, and he kept on going. The white paint is from her white wall tire. My rim is also scratched from her wheel. The only damage to her truck was some black paint on her bumper. Her insurance company(geico) is doing the estimate tuesday. What are my options for getting the most out of her insurance co.? Sorry about the dirtiness. I haven't washed it since SEZS 4. It was about a four hour drive each way for me.
